We are excited to announce that our latest paper on cerebrovascular tree reconstruction has been accepted for publication at MICCAI 2026, the 29th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention, taking place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The paper presents a new approach for extracting and modelling the brain vessel tree from multi-modal neurovascular images, developed within the CARAVEL project. It builds on our earlier work on graph representations of vascular structures and introduces a more robust pipeline for handling noisy and low-resolution scans.
We look forward to presenting this work to the community and to sharing the dataset and code alongside the publication. More details, including a link to the preprint, will follow closer to the conference.
